W8 ac is CZ made with a Budget, very cheaply made and mostly very nasty. In example poor paint guality and paint thickness etc. Poorly sandblasted frame b4 painting. Etc list goes on.the AC cylinder is not peaky or powerfull, as its made for low power and to suit '95 '96 summink after EU drivers licence requirements for teenagers with Ristricted powah 911Kw. To SUIT the laws even without any so called Ristrictions parts added. It dont even have any CPC or CTS or anything else PowerValve in it.AC model has not so much Common with LC what comes to engine parts. They are night and day.W8 AC has BD carb and Zaust is full of ristriction all the way.
I have written various codes into this forum from all the SC and W8 K7 exhausts.iirc some of the early AC's used 5P casings but they all W8's use 6-gears, and its possible to Build the Engine with 5P parts to Replicate W8 lc or SC's or K7, that includes 7-speed gearbox as long as 5P Casings in use. Some later W8ac's used modifyed engine casings from 5P molds, being N1 that had blocked coolant canals etc bodgeing done to Casting Molds. This goes also for '521 Roadster' etc models made at CZ.those N1 Casings later came into Planet N1 etc models.naturally W8 ac dont have Coolant union tube on Chassy, but main Chassy is rest 99,9% same as LC model.W8 ac still uses the best ever Kokusan Std ignition '89'04, so it has Potential, but the mentioned Zaust/carb/Cylinder assy parts inc reedcage assy/gearBox makes it very POOR performance.for example the tiny Reedcage is basically for 24mm diam carb or 26mm max. But most ristriction effects come from the Porting and head and so on.W8 ac was also modelled to be used on ARMY, in France, in Italy etc. Hell it was used as a Stunt bike even in James bond GoldenEye. Iirc goldeneye.often the ARMY production bikes are found from eBay france etc germany, espec some years back.i have various W8 AC and LC parts that includes the mentioned AC boat anchor Zaust, which is basically worst ever 125cc 2T Zaust CHAMBER ive ever seen.it aint surprise that most AC's are notorius to Seize up or to worn down rapidly, even that the Cylinder is mahle Nicasil-Girnisil etc coated, they JUST run so hot and lean DUE the Mentioned parts used on them.This post has been edited by Cagiva4ever: 26 November 2014 - 10:25 PM.

If the exhaust on yours exits from the barrel, then it's a twostroke. If it exits from the head, it's a fourstroke. If it is a fourstroke, it will have removablecovers on the head to allow access to the tappets.

It was the Italian rider Corrado Maddii who broke his leg. The next year Davey Strijbos won the titleand teh year after Pekka won it for them again. Michele Rinaldi went on to be Italy's first World MX champion not Maddii. Cagiva would also have been the first company to win the WC in their first year.
